At GLOXON, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our desk lamps and ceiling lights are covered under the following warranty terms:

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase
• What’s Covered:
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Electrical components (including drivers and LED modules).
  • Structural integrity of the fixture under normal use.
     

What’s Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Wear and tear from normal usage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.
• Lamps or bulbs not originally supplied with the product.
• Power surges or electrical faults caused by external sources.
• Ceiling light remote controls: No on-site warranty is provided; customers must return the product for evaluation.
   

How to Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• A description of the issue and supporting photos, if possible.
• Contact details for follow-up.

Thank you for purchasing the GLOXON product. It has been manufactured and quality checked/tested, and it was in working condition with no defects or malfunctions at the time of delivery/installation.

1. Requirements

The warranty period commences on the date the product is installed or 14 days after delivery, whichever comes first. The customer must register this limited warranty within 21 days from the original purchase receipt/invoice date by sending the filled-out warranty card or registering online here and attaching proof of purchase.

2. Coverage Period

• Motor: 10-years warranty
• Other Mechanical Parts: 2-years warranty
• LED Light Kit: 2-years warranty
• Labor and On-site Service: 2-years warranty

Labor and On-Site Service Fees will apply after 2-years warranty:

Transportation - $30.00 & Labor - $20/unit.

3. Terms and Conditions

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original receipt.
• This warranty applies only to products purchased and used within Singapore Main Island and Sentosa Island from our authorized dealers/partners.
• A certified professional must install the fan according to the installation instructions.
• Proof of purchase (original receipt) must be presented for warranty claims.
• The Product's serial number must not be tampered with, erased, defaced, or altered. Otherwise, the Warranty shall be void

4. What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and artistry under regular use and maintenance. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective part or product
• Replace the defective part or product with a new or refurbished equivalent

5. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage. Issues arising from power fluctuations or improper electrical connections
• Damage is caused by connecting the product to a dimmer, regulator, or IC control.
• Damage due to the use of non-approved accessories or parts
• Corrosion or rust in coastal areas or other harsh environments
• Noise or vibration issues that are considered normal for ceiling fan operation
• Cost of removal, reinstallation, or shipping for warranty service

6. How to Claim Warranty

To claim warranty service:

• Contact our local authorized Service center/distributor with proof of purchase and product details.
• We will arrange an on-site inspection or request that you return the product for evaluation if necessary.
• If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the product as per the warranty terms.

7. Additional Notes

• After 2-year warranty period, customers are responsible for any labor or transportation costs associated with warranty service. (Transportation - $30.00 & Labor - $20/unit)
• If the fan is installed over a false ceiling or the ceiling height is over 3 meters, the Customer must pay an additional minimum fee of $50 and provide scaffolding when necessary. For ceiling heights of 4 meters and above, the customer is required to bring down the fan for service repair. (more details on additional charges are provided below)
• For any part(s) or component(s) replacement. The defective part(s) or component(s) shall become the service provider's property and be returned to GLOXON for quality analysis.
• The original warranty period continues after any replacement or repairs; a new warranty period is not initiated.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

8. Limitations

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair and replacement, as described above. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. By purchasing and using this product, you agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.

Users are advised to inspect the fan suspension system, ceiling brackets, connection parts, and blade attachments at least once a year to ensure they remain secure and intact. If any connections are loose, stop using the ceiling fan and contact the service/maintenance agent for assistance immediately.
